Beautiful Day!

Today was a gorgeous day outside. I went out for a ride all by myself to go and get some pictures of the village and what a challenge it was today. Usually I can find things that just grab me but with so much snow, it was hard to really see what was hidden in the landscape. I finally decided to get a picture of a bluff with a house and its fish drying racks. I got this same picture this fall with all of the fall colors and loved it. I think out of the snowy one and the fall picture, the fall one grabs me more. I will put them both on here for you to see.
Anyways, with so much snow, it is easy to tip yourself on a snowdrift or just get stuck all together in a huge snowdrift. While I was out, I found a snow drift that was probably 12 feet tall. The kids had dug steps into it so they could climb up it and then slide down it. It was fun to watch a couple of my students.
